UPDATE: Michael Porter Jr.'s Injury Status For Thunder-Nuggets Game

Michael Porter Jr. is on the injury report for Friday's game.

On Friday evening, the Denver Nuggets will host the Oklahoma City Thunder in Colorado. 

For the game, the Nuggets could be without one of their best players, as Michael Porter Jr. is on the injury report.

Porter Jr. has played in all 33 games so far this season and is averaging 16.3 points, 7.6 rebounds and 1.5 assists per contest while shooting 47.4% from the field and 39.8% from the three-point range.  

The Nuggets are the second seed in the Western Conference with a 23-10 record in their first 33 games. 

They are 9-1 over their last ten games and in the middle of a six-game winning streak. 

Most recently, the Nuggets defeated the Memphis Grizzlies by a score of 142-105. 

In 23 minutes of playing time, Porter Jr. had eight points, four rebounds and one block while shooting 3/6 from the field and 2/3 from the three-point range. 

Following the Thunder, the Nuggets will host the Charlotte Hornets on Monday evening. 

At home, they have gone 13-2 in the 15 games they have played in Denver. 

As for the Thunder, they are the third seed in the Western Conference with a 20-9 record in their first 29 games. 

They are 7-3 over their last ten games and in the middle of a two-game winning streak. 

Following the Nuggets, the Thunder will play their next game on Sunday evening when they host Mikal Bridges and the Brooklyn Nets in Oklahoma City.
