UPDATE: KJ Martin has been ruled out (h/t Gina Mizell of The Philadelphia Inquirer).  

On Tuesday evening, the Philadelphia 76ers and Boston Celtics will face off in Massachusetts. 

For the game, both teams have announced their injury reports (updated as of 5:30 Eastern Time).   

The 76ers have ruled out Robert Covington, Joel Embiid, Kenneth Lofton Jr. and Terquavion Smith. 

KJ Martin is listed as questionable.   

Meanwhile, the Celtics will be without JD Davison and Drew Peterson.

The 76ers enter the evening as the fifth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 33-24 record in 57 games.  

They are 3-7 over their last ten games and most recently lost to Damian Lillard and the Milwaukee Bucks by a score of 119-98. 

Tyrese Maxey led the team with 24 points and seven assists. 

Following the Celtics, the 76ers will play their next game on Friday evening when they return home to host the Charlotte Hornets.

As for the Celtics, they have been the best team in the NBA and are the first seed in the Eastern Conference with a 45-12 record in 57 games. 

They are in the middle of an eight-game winning streak and are 9-1 over their last ten games. 

Most recently, the Celtics beat Jalen Brunson and the New York Knicks by a score of 116-102. 

All-Str forward Jaylen Brown led the way with 30 points, eight rebounds, three assists and one steal while shooting 13/24 from the field and 3/9 from the three-point range. 

Following the 76ers, the Celtics will remain at home to host Kyrie Irving and the Dallas Mavericks on Friday evening.
