For the game, both teams have announced their injury reports (updated as of 3:30 Eastern Time).
The Suns have ruled out Damion Lee and Bradley Beal.
Meanwhile, Kevin Durant and Grayson Allen are both listed as questionable.
Durant has missed each of the previous two games and is averaging 31.4 points, 7.1 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 1.2 blocks per contest.
The Raptors have ruled out Nassir Little, Javon Liberty-Freeman, Ron Harper Jr., Christian Koloko and Markquis Nowell.
The Suns are 11-6 in their first 17 games, which has them as the fourth seed in the Western Conference.
They are 8-2 over their previous ten games and in the middle of a seven-game winning streak.
Most recently, the Suns defeated the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden by a score of 116-113.
Devin Booker led the way with 28 points, five rebounds, 11 assists and two blocks while shooting 10/25 from the field.
As for the Raptors, they are 8-10 in their first 18 games, which has them as the 11th seed in the Eastern Conference.
They are 4-6 over their previous ten games and in the middle of a two-game losing streak.
Most recently, the Raptors lost to the Brooklyn Nets by a score of 115-103 at Barclays Center in New York.
Scottie Barnes led the team with 17 points, 11 rebounds, six assists and three steals while shooting 5/19 from the field and 3/7 from the three-point range.
