On Thursday evening, the Phoenix Suns will host the Denver Nuggets for Game 6 of their second-round playoff series.

For the game, they have announced their injury report (updated as of 3:30 Eastern Time).

The Suns have ruled out star point guard Chris Paul for the fourth straight game due to a groin injury while starting center Deandre Ayton is listed as questionable (rib).

That said, Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium has reported that Ayton will be ruled out.

Via Charania: "Suns center Deandre Ayton has been ruled out of Game 6 tonight vs. Nuggets due to his rib contusion, sources tell @TheAthletic@Stadium."

The Suns are down 3-2, so they are on the verge of elimination and will be playing without their starting point guard and center.

Therefore, they will need superstars Devin Booker and Kevin Durant to step in a significant way.

In Games 3 and 4, they led the Suns to back-to-back wins on their home floor (they had trailed 2-0 in the series).

After tying up the series at 2-2, the Suns lost Game 5 by a score of 118-102 on Tuesday evening in Denver.

Neither team has been able to win on the road, so if the Suns can protect their home floor on Thursday, Game 7 will be on Sunday back in Denver.

The winner of the sewers will advance to the Western Conference Finals and face off against either the Golden State Warriors or the Los Angeles Lakers (the Lakers lead 3-2).
