The Pistons come into the night as the worst team in the Eastern Conference with a 15-43 record in 58 games.

They are in rebuilding mode, so the franchise was not expected to compete for the postseason in 2023.

Right now, the Pistons are 3-7 in their last ten games and 7-22 in the 29 games they have played on the road outside of Michigan.

As for the Celtics, they are the best team in the NBA (and first seed in the Eastern Conference) with a 41-17 record in 58 games.

They are 6-4 in their last ten games and on the second night of a back-to-back after losing 131-125 to the Milwaukee Bucks (in Wisconsin) on Tuesday.

At home, the Celtics have been unbelievable, with a 23-7 record in the 30 games they have hosted in Massachusetts.

Last season, they made the NBA Finals for the first time since 2010, and this season there is an excellent chance they could return.

Earlier this month, the Celtics beat the Pistons (on the road in Michigan) 111-99.
