On Tuesday evening, the Minnesota Timberwolves will face off against the Clippers in Los Angeles, California. 

For the game, the Timberwolves could be without one of their best players, as starting center Rudy Gobert is on the injury report. 

The three-time NBA All-Star missed the team's last game, so this would be his second straight out of the lineup.

Gobert is in the middle of another productive season with averages of 13.8 points, 12.9 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 2.1 blocks per contest while shooting 64.9% from the field and 62 games. 

The Timberwolves enter the matchup with a 44-21 record in 65 games, which has them as the third seed in the Western Conference.  

They have gone 5-5 over their last ten games and are also in the middle of a two-game losing streak.  

Most recently, the Timberwolves lost to the Los Angeles Lakers by a score of 120-109. 

Following the Clippers, they will play their next game on Saturday evening when they visit the Utah Jazz in Salt Lake City. 

As for the Clippers, they are the fourth seed in the Western Conference with a 41-22 record in 63 games. 

They have gone 5-5 over their last ten games and most recently lost to Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks by a score of 124-117.

Following the Timberwolves, the Clippers will play their next game on Thursday evening when they visit Alex Caruso and the Chicago Bulls at the United Center.
