Steph Curry's Final Injury Status For Warriors-Lakers Game
On Sunday afternoon, the Golden State Warriors are in Los Angeles to face off with the Lakers.
For the game, they will have their best player back in the starting lineup, as Steph Curry has been upgraded to available.
Underdog NBA: "Stephen Curry (leg) listed available to play Sunday."
The two-time MVP had missed each of the last 11 games with a leg injury.
Curry is in the middle of a sensational season with averages of 29.4 points, 6.3 rebounds and 6.4 assists per contest in 38 games.
In addition, he is shooting a tremendous 49.5% from the field and 42.7% from the three-point range.
Without Curry, the Warriors were able to keep themselves afloat in the standings.
They are 6-4 in their last ten games and come into the day in the middle of a five-game winning streak.
Right now, the Warriors are 34-30 in 64 games, which has them as the fifth seed in the Western Conference.
That said, they have struggled on the road, going 7-23 in the 30 games they have played away from the Chase Center in San Francisco, California.
For reference, the Warriors are 27-7 in the 34 games they have played at home.
Curry is in his 14th season in the NBA (all with the Warriors) and has led them to the NBA Championship in four out of the last eight seasons.
In 2022, the Warriors beat the Celtics in Game 6 of the NBA Finals, and Curry won his first career Finals MVP Award.
