Suns Injury Report Against The Lakers
On Thursday evening, the Phoenix Suns will play their second game of the season against the Los Angeles Lakers on the road in California.
For the game, they have announced their injury report.
Devin Booker, Damion Lee and Bradley Beal have all been ruled out for the contest, so the Suns will be without two of their three best players.
In their first game, the Suns defeated the Golden State Warriors (on the road) by a score of 108-104.
Beal also missed that game, but Booker went off for 32 points in 37 minutes.
The Suns have one of the best rosters in the league with Booker, Beal and Kevin Durant, so there is no question they will be a contender to win the 2024 NBA Championship (if they can remain healthy).
Last year, the team was the fourth seed in the Western Conference and beat the Los Angeles Clippers in the first round of the NBA playoffs.
However, the Suns lost to the Denver Nuggets in the second round (in six games).
The franchise has made the NBA playoffs for three straight seasons and got to the NBA Finals in 2021.
Meanwhile, the Lakers lost their first game (on Tuesday) to the Nuggets by a score of 119-107 in Colorado.
Last year, they were the seventh seed in the Western Conference and beat the Memphis Grizzlies and Warriors in the first two rounds of the playoffs.
However, the Lakers were swept by Nikola Jokic and the Nuggets in the Conference Finals.
