On Wednesday evening, the New Orleans Pelicans are hosting the Oklahoma City Thunder in Louisiana for the play-in tournament.     

For the game, both teams have finalized their injury reports and starting lineups.

The Thunder have ruled out Kenrich Williams, Oliver Sarr, Aleksej Pokusevski, Chet Holmgren and Jared Butler.

Meanwhile, the Pelicans will be without Zion Williamson, E.J. Liddell, Jose Alvarado and Larry Nance Jr. 

NBA's official injury report 

The starting lineups for both teams have been relayed by Underdog NBA. 

Underdog NBA: "Lineup alert: Thunder will start Gilgeous-Alexander, Dort, Giddey, Jalen Williams, Jaylin Williams on Wednesday."

Underdog NBA: "Lineup alert: Pelicans will start McCollum, Jones, Ingram, Murphy, Valanciunas on Wednesday."

The Thunder finished the regular season as the tenth seed in the Western Conference and had a 40-42 record. 

They are 4-6 over their last ten games and in the middle of a two-game winning streak. 

On the road, the Thunder have struggled, going just 16-25 in the 41 games they have played away from Oklahoma City. 

As for the Pelicans, they are the ninth seed with a 42-40 record. 

They are 7-3 over their final ten games and 27-14 in the 41 games they have hosted in New Orleans. 

The winner of Wednesday's game will face off with the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday night for a chance to be the eighth seed (and face off with the Denver Nuggets in the first round of the NBA Playoffs). 

Meanwhile, the loser will have their season come to an end and head into the 2023 offseason.
