On Wednesday evening, the Denver Nuggets are hosting the Minnesota Timberwolves in Colorado for Game 2 of their first-round playoff series. 

For the game, both teams have finalized their injury reports and starting lineups.

The Timberwolves have ruled out Jaden McDaniels and Naz Reid. 

Meanwhile, three-time All-Star Rudy Gobert and Jaylen Nowell have both been upgraded to available.

As for the Nuggets, two-time MVP Nikola Jokic has been upgraded to available. 

NBA's official injury report 

The starting lineups for both teams have been relayed by Underdog NBA.

The Nuggets won Game 1 by a score of 109-80 on Sunday, so they can take a commanding 2-0 lead with a victory on Wednesday night. 

Jamal Murray led the way with a game-high 24 points, while All-Star guard Anthony Edwards had 18 for the Timberwolves. 

Games 3 and 4 will be played at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The Timberwolves finished the regular season with a 42-40 record, and they are the eighth seed in the Western Conference (they beat the Oklahoma City Thunder in the play-in tournament). 

Meanwhile, the Nuggets are the first seed and had an impressive 53-29 record. 

Both teams lost in the first round of the 2022 NBA Playoffs, and the winner of the series will face off with either the Los Angeles Clippers or Phoenix Suns in the second round.
