NBA's official injury report

The Timberwolves finished their season as the eighth seed in the Western Conference with a 42-40 record.

They went 7-3 over their final ten games and are in the middle of a three-game winning streak.

That said, the Timberwolves have struggled on the road, going just 20-21 in the 41 games they have played away from the Target Center in Minnesota.

Last year, they beat the Los Angeles Clippers in the play-in tournament and made the NBA Playoffs for the first time since the 2018 season.

This year, the Timberwolves have been a disappointment, but they will still have an excellent chance to make the playoffs.

The winner of Tuesday's game will become the seventh seed and face off with the Memphis Grizzlies in the first round of the NBA Playoffs.

Meanwhile, the loser will host either the New Orleans Pelicans or Oklahoma City Thunder for the final play-in tournament game.

As for the Lakers, they are 43-39 and finished the regular season as the seventh seed.

They went 8-2 over their final ten games and are a solid 23-18 in the 41 games they hosted on their home floor in Los Angeles, California.
