UPDATE: Tyler Herro's Current Injury Status For Magic-Heat Game
UPDATE: Tyler Herro has been ruled out (h/t Ira Winderman of The Sun Sentinel).
On Friday evening, the Miami Heat will host Paolo Banchero and the Orlando Magic in Florida.
For the game, the Heat will likely be without Tyler Herro, who is listed as doubtful on the injury report.
Via The Heat: "Tyler Herro (shoulder) has been downgraded to doubtful."
Herro has played in 19 games and is averaging 22.4 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 1.3 steals per contest while shooting 43.5% from the field and 41.2% from the three-point range.
The Heat are the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference with a 21-16 record in their first 37 games.
They are 6-4 over their last ten games and most recently lost to the Oklahoma City Thunder by a score of 128-120.
In 36 minutes of playing time, Herro had 17 points, five rebounds, six assists and three steals while shooting 7/21 from the field and 1/5 from the three-point range.
Following the Magic, the Heat will host the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday evening in Miami.
On the road, they are 11-9 in 20 games, while they have gone 10-7 in 17 games at home.
As for the Magic, they are the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 21-16 record in their first 37 games.
They are 5-5 over their last ten games and most recently lost to the Minnesota Timberwolves (at home) by a score of 113-92.
Following the Heat, the Magic will head to Oklahoma City to face off against Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the Thunder on Saturday evening.
