UPDATE: Tyrese Maxey and Tobias Harris have been ruled out (via the NBA's official injury report).  

On Saturday, the Philadelphia 76ers will face off against the Denver Nuggets in Colorado.  

For the game, they could be without one of their best players, as starting guard Tyrese Maxey is on the injury report. 

Via Keith Pompey of The Philadelphia Inquirer: "Sixers point guard Tyrese Maxey (ankle) and forward Tobias Harris (illness) still remain questionable for today’s game vs. the Denver Nuggets."

Maxey has played in 42 games and is averaging 25.7 points, 3.6 rebounds, 6.6 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 44.8% from the field and 37.3% from the three-point range.   

The 76ers are the third seed in the Eastern Conference with a 29-14 record in their first 43 games.  

They are 6-4 over their last ten games and most recently lost to Pascal Siakam and the Indiana Pacers by a score of 134-122. 

In 28 minutes of playing time, Maxey had 22 points, one rebound, two assists and one block while shooting 7/17 from the field and 1/8 from the three-point range. 

Following the Nuggets, the 76ers will face off against the Portland Trail Blazers on Monday evening in Oregon. 

As for the Nuggets, they are the fourth seed in the Western Conference with a 31-15 record in their first 46 games. 

They are 6-4 over their last ten games and most recently lost to the New York Knicks by a score of 122-84. 

Following Saturday's matchup with the 76ers, the Nuggets will host Damian Lillard and the Milwaukee Bucks on Monday evening in Colorado.
