Warriors And Kings Final Injury Reports And Starting Lineups
On Wednesday evening, the Sacramento Kings are hosting the Golden State Warriors for Game 5 of their first-round playoff series.
For the game, both teams have finalized their injury reports and starting lineups.
The Warriors will remain without Andre Iguodala and Ryan Rollins, and no one else is on their injury report.
Meanwhile, the Kings have ruled out Matthew Dellavedova.
All-Star point guard De'Aaron Fox has been upgraded to available.
The starting lineups for both teams have been relayed by Underdog NBA.
Via Underdog NBA: "Lineup alert: Warriors will start Curry, Poole, Thompson, Wiggins, Looney on Wednesday."
Via Underdog NBA: "Lineup alert: Kings will start Fox, Huerter, Barnes, Murray, Sabonis on Wednesday."
The series is currently tied up at 2-2.
After the Kings won Games 1 and 2 on their home floor, the Warriors responded with two wins in a row at the Chase Center in San Francisco.
Therefore, whoever wins Game 5 will have a 3-2 advantage heading into Game 6 (on Friday night in San Francisco).
If there is a Game 7, it will be back in Sacramento on Sunday.
This is the first time the Kings have been to the NBA Playoffs since the 2006 season, but they have proven to be a significant challenge for the Warriors (who have won the NBA Championship four times in the previous eight seasons).
Whoever wins the series will advance to the second round and face off against the Los Angeles Lakers or the Memphis Grizzlies (the series is currently 3-1 in favor of the Lakers).
