Jayson Tatum's Outfit Before Heat-Celtics Game Went Viral
On Monday evening, Jayson Tatum and the Boston Celtics will host the Miami Heat for Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
The Celtics have a chance to become the first team in NBA history to overcome a 3-0 deficit in a Playoff series.
Before the game, Tatum was seen walking into the arena, and his outfit went viral.
The former Duke star had a jacket on that said "Anything Is Possible" and a photo of Celtics legend Kevin Garnett.
The last time the Celtics won the NBA Championship was in 2008, when Garnett famously yelled "Anything is possible!"
Tatum is in his sixth season in the league, and this is already his fourth time in the Conference Finals.
Last year, he helped lead the Celtics to the NBA Finals, but they lost to the Golden State Warriors in six games.
The Celtics finished the 2023 regular season with a 57-25 record, which got them the second seed.
They have defeated the Atlanta Hawks and Philadelphia 76ers through the first two rounds of the Playoffs.
Meanwhile, the Heat are the eighth seed and have beaten the Milwaukee Bucks and New York Knicks.
The Heat and Celtics have now faced off in the Conference Finals three times in the previous four seasons.
In 2020, the Heat won, while the Celtics won in 2022 (both teams lost in the Finals).
Whoever wins Game 7 on Monday will advance to the 2023 Finals and face off against Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets.
