On Sunday evening, the Los Angeles Lakers will be in New York to face off against the Brooklyn Nets at Barclays Center.

For the game, the Lakers could be without one of their best players, as Anthony Davis is listed as questionable on the injury report.

Via Underdog NBA: "Anthony Davis (knee) questionable for Sunday."

Davis is in the middle of another fantastic season with averages of 24.7 points, 12.7 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 1.2 steals and 3.4 blocks per contest while shooting 55.3% from the field and 28.6% from the three-point range in 69 games.

The Lakers are the ninth seed in the Western Conference with a 41-33 record in 74 games.

They have gone 7-3 over their last ten games but most recently lost to Pascal Sikam and the Indiana Pacers (on the road) by a score of 109-90.

Davis had 24 points, 15 rebounds and three assists while shooting 9/17 from the field and 0/1 from the three-point range in 38 minutes of playing time.

Following their matchup with the Nets, the Lakers will play their next game on Tuesday evening when they visit the Toronto Raptors in Canada.

As for the Nets, they are the 11th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 29-45 record in 74 games.

They have gone 4-6 over their last ten games but are also in the middle of a three-game winning streak.

Following their matchup with Los Angeles, the Nets will play their next game on Monday evening when they visit the Indiana Pacers in Indianapolis.
