Anthony Davis got off to an excellent start to the game and had 13 points, seven rebounds, one steal and two blocks while shooting 5/8 from the field in his first 12 minutes of playing time.

The All-Star forward also made NBA history by moving ahead of Hall of Famer Grant Hill (17,137) for 101st on the all-time scoring list.

Following Hill, the next player for Davis to pass will be Hall of Famer Chris Webber (17,182).

The Lakers are the ninth seed in the Western Conference with a 30-26 record in 56 games.

They have been playing well as of late and are in the middle of a three-game winning streak (and 7-3 over their last ten games).

Following the Warriors, the Lakers will return home to host the San Antonio Spurs on Friday evening in Los Angeles.

Davis was the first pick in the 2012 NBA Draft out of Kentucky and is in his 12th season in the league (his fifth with Los Angeles).
