On Wednesday evening, the Boston Celtics will host Victor Wembanyama and the San Antonio Spurs in Massachusetts.

The Celtics would improve to an outstanding 20-0 on their home floor with a victory.

Before the game (on Tuesday), the team announced that they had made a roster move.

Via The Boston Celtics: "We have recalled Jordan Walsh from the @MaineCeltics"

Walsh was the 38th pick in the 2023 NBA Draft out of Arkansas but has yet to make his debut for the Celtics.

The 19-year-old has spent most of the season with the Maine Celtics (G League).

In 16 Showcase Cup games, Walsh averaged 14.4 points, 5.6 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.5 steals per contest while shooting 43.8% from the field and 34.1% from the three-point range (he has also appeared in eight regular season games).

The Celtics are off to a sensational start to the season and are the first seed in the Eastern Conference with a 31-9 record in their first 40 games.

They are in the middle of a two-game winning streak and are 7-3 over their last ten games.

Most recently, the Celtics defeated Pascal Siakam and the Toronto Raptors (in Canada) by a score of 105-96.

All five starters scored in double-digits, and Jrue Holiday and Derrick White combined to score 44 points.

On the road, they are 12-9 in the 21 games they have played away from Boston, Massachusetts.
