UPDATE: The Indiana Pacers officially announced the trade.   

UPDATEESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported more details. 

Via Wojnarowski: "Indiana is sending two 2024 first-rounders and a 2026 first to the Raptors, sources said. New Orleans sends a second-round pick to Indiana."

On Wednesday evening, the Toronto Raptors will host the Miami Heat in Canada. 

Before the game, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported that the Raptors have agreed to a trade that will send NBA Champion Pascal Siakam to the Indiana Pacers.    

Via Wojnarowski: "BREAKING: The Indiana Pacers are finalizing a trade to acquire All-Star F Pascal Siakam in a deal that will send Bruce Brown, Jordan Nwora and three first-round picks to the Toronto Raptors. New Orleans will be a third team in deal, sending Kira Lewis to the Raptors."

Siakam is currently averaging 22.2 points, 6.3 rebounds and 4.9 assists per contest while shooting 52.2% from the field and 31.7% from the three-point range in 39 games.  

He was the 27th pick in the 2016 NBA Draft and had spent his entire eight-year career with Toronto. 

Last season, the 29-year-old made his second All-Star Game, and he helped the Raptors win the 2019 NBA Championship over Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors.  

The Pacers are the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 23-17 record in their first 40 games. 

They are led by All-Star point guard Tyrese Haliburton, who is averaging 23.6 points, 4.2 rebounds, 12.5 assists and 1.5 steals per contest while shooting 49.7% from the field and 40.3% from the three-point range in 33 games.
