Celtics And Knicks Final Injury Reports And Starting Lineups

The Boston Celtics and New York Knicks have finalized their injury reports and starting lineups.

On Wednesday evening, the Boston Celtics and New York Knicks will face off at Madison Square Garden in New York City for their first game of the regular season.

For the game, both teams have finalized their injury reports and starting lineups.

No one is on the injury report for the Celtics or Knicks, so both teams enter the new season fully healthy.

Meanwhile, the starting lineups have been announced by Underdog NBA.

Underdog NBA: "Lineup alert: Celtics will start Holiday, White, Brown, Tatum, Porzingis on Wednesday."

Underdog NBA: "Lineup alert: Knicks will start Brunson, Grimes, Barrett, Randle, Robinson on Wednesday."

The Celtics are coming off a year where they were the second seed in the Eastern Conference with a 57-25 record.

They beat the Atlanta Hawks (six games) and Philadelphia 76ers (seven games) in the first two rounds of the NBA playoffs but lost to the Miami Heat in Game 7 of the Conference Finals.

The franchise has made the Eastern Conference Finals in five out of the previous seven seasons but has been unable to win a title since 2008, when Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce were still on the roster.

Meanwhile, the Knicks were the fifth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 45-37 record last year and defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers in the first round of the playoffs (which was their first time winning a series since 2013).

Following the Cavs, they lost to the Heat in the second round (in six games).
