BREAKING: Chicago Bulls Reportedly Make Roster Decision

According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Chicago Bulls will sign Javonte Green remainder of the 2023-24 NBA season.

On Friday evening, the Chicago Bulls will host Jalen Brunson and the New York Knicks at the United Center in Illinois.

Before the game (on Thursday), ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported that the Bulls will sign Javonte Green for the remainder of the 2023-24 NBA season.

Via Wojnarowski: "The Chicago Bulls are signing G/F Javonte Green for the rest of the season, sources tell ESPN. Green has played three games since signing a 10-day deal to return to the Bulls."

Green has been averaging 5.0 points and 3.7 rebounds per contest while shooting 54.5% from the field and 60.0% from the three-point range in three games.

He is in his fifth season in the NBA and has also spent time with the Boston Celtics.

Green has career averages of 5.1 points and 2.9 rebounds per contest while shooting 53.4% from the field and 34.8% from the three-point range in 189 regular season games (he has also appeared in six NBA playoff games).

As for the Bulls, they are the ninth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 36-40 record in 76 games.

They have gone 4-6 over their last ten games and most recently lost to Dejounte Murray and the Atlanta Hawks (at the United Center) by a score of 113-101.

Following their matchup with New York, the Bulls will play their next game on Sunday evening when they visit the Orlando Magic in Florida.

The Bulls have only made the NBA playoffs (2022) one time in the previoius six seasons.
