Damian Lillard And Giannis Antetokounmpo's Alley-Oop Went Viral In Bucks-Nets Game
On Wednesday evening, the Milwaukee Bucks were in New York facing off against the Brooklyn Nets at Barclays Center.
The Bucks won the game by a score of 144-122, and Giannis Antetokounmpo led the way with 32 points, ten rebounds, eight assists and two blocks while shooting 10/12 from the field.
During the game, Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard connected for a big highlight.
Lillard threw a lob to Antetokounmpo, who finished off the alley-oop with a reverse slam dunk.
Lillard finished his night with 12 points, three rebounds and four assists while shooting 4/10 from the field and 3/9 from the three-point range in 29 minutes of playing time.
With the victory, the Bucks improved to 23-8 in their first 31 games, which has them as the second seed in the Eastern Conference.
They are 8-2 over their last ten games and 7-6 in 13 games on the road.
Following the Nets, the Bucks will visit the Cleveland Cavaliers in Ohio on Friday evening.
Antetokounmpo and Lillard are in their first year together after the Bucks acquired Lillard in a blockbuster deal with the Portland Trail Blazers (over the offseason).
So far, they are a great fit, as the Bucks are among the best teams in the league.
The Bucks have made the NBA playoffs in each of the previous seven seasons and won the 2021 title over the Phoenix Suns.
As for the Nets, they dropped to 15-16 in their first 31 games, which has them as the ninth seed in the Eastern Conference.
