Damian Lillard And Giannis Antetokounmpo's Alley-Oop Is Going Viral In Bulls-Bucks Game
On Monday evening, the Milwaukee Bucks hosted the Chicago Bulls in Wisconsin.
The Bucks won the game (in overtime) by a score of 133-129.
Giannis Antetokounmpo led the way with 32 points, 12 rebounds, six assists and two steals while shooting 9/13 from the field in 41 minutes of playing time.
During the first quarter, Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard connected for a huge alley-oop that is getting a lot of attention on social media.
Malik Beasley led the fast break and threw a pass to Lillard, who then lobbed the ball up to Antetokounmpo.
Lillard finished his night with 14 points, four rebounds, nine assists and one block while shooting 3/17 from the field and 2/9 from the three-point range in 41 minutes of playing time.
With the victory, the Bucks improved to 16-7 in their first 23 games, which has them as the third seed in the Eastern Conference.
They are now 12-2 in the 14 games they have hosted on their home floor in Wisconsin.
Following the Bulls, the Bucks will play their next game on Wednesday evening when they host the Indiana Pacers.
Lillard spent the first 11 seasons of his career with the Portland Trail Blazers before getting traded to Milwaukee over the offseason.
The duo of Lillard and Antetokounmpo is arguably the most talented in the league, and they will have an excellent chance to compete for the 2024 NBA Championship.
Last season, the Bucks were the first seed in the Eastern Conference but lost to the Miami Heat in the first round.
