Damian Lillard's Final Injury Status For Celtics-Bucks Game
On Tuesday evening, the Milwaukee Bucks will host Jayson Tatum and the Boston Celtics in Wisconsin.
For the game, the Bucks will have one of their best players in the starting lineup, as All-Star point guard Damian Lillard has been upgraded to available.
Via Eric Nehm of The Athletic: "Bucks coach Doc Rivers says Giannis Antetokounmpo, Patrick Beverley, Damian Lillard and Khris Middleton will all play tonight vs. the Celtics."
Lillard is in his first season playing for the Bucks.
He is averaging 24.5 points, 4.4 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 42.5% from the field and 35.5% from the three-point range in 70 games.
The Bucks are the second seed in the Eastern Conference with a 47-31 record in 78 games.
They have gone 3-7 over their last ten games and are also in the middle of a four-game losing streak.
Most recently, the Bucks lost to the New York Knicks by a score of 122-109.
Lillard had 23 points, four rebounds, six assists, one steal and two blocks while shooting 4/11 from the field and 1/7 from the three-point range in 39 minutes of playing time.
Following Boston, the Bucks will remain at home to host the Orlando Magic on Wednesday evening in Wisconsin.
As for the Celtics, they are the first seed in the Eastern Conference with a 62-16 record in 78 games.
They have gone 8-2 over their last ten games and are also in the middle of a five-game winning streak.
