Damian Lillard's Instagram Post After Bucks-Lakers Game

Damian Lillard made a post to Instagram after Friday's game.

On Friday evening, the Milwaukee Bucks played the Los Angeles Lakers in California. 

The game was extremely close, but the Bucks lost by a score of 123-122, as D'Angelo Russell led the way for the Lakers with 44 points.

All-Star point guard Damian Lillard finished his night with 28 points, five rebounds and 12 assists while shooting 10/23 from the field and 4/12 from the three-point range in 38 minutes of playing time.   

Following the game (on Saturday), Lillard made a post to Instagram. 

Lillard captioned his post: "Sometimes you get em and sometimes you get got it’s all part of the plot. 💸"

Lillard is in his first season playing for the Bucks and is currently averaging 24.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, 6.8 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 42.3% from the field and 35.0% from the three-point range in 59 games.  

With the loss, the Bucks dropped to 41-23 in 64 games, which has them as the third seed in the Eastern Conference. 

They have gone 6-4 over their last ten games and are also in the middle of a two-game losing streak. 

Following the Lakers, the Bucks will remain in Los Angeles for a showdown with the Clippers on Sunday afternoon.

As for the Lakers, they are the ninth seed in the Western Conference with a 35-30 record in 65 games.  

They have gone 6-4 over their last ten games and will now host Anthony Edwards and the Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday evening in Los Angeles.
