Dejounte Murray's Post On X After Celtics-Hawks Game

Dejounte Murray made a post to X after Monday's game.

On Monday evening, the Atlanta Hawks hosted Jayson Tatum and the Boston Celtics at State Farm Arena in Georgia.

The Celtics led by 30 in the first half, but the Hawks came back and won by a score of 120-118.

Dejounte Murray had a sensational performance with 19 points, five rebounds, 15 assists and three steals in 41 minutes of playing time.

After the huge victory, Murray made a post to X that had over 3,300 likes in less than 24 hours.

Murray is in his second season playing for Atlanta and is averaging 22.3 points, 5.3 rebounds, 6.2 assists and 1.5 steals per contest while shooting 46.3% from the field and 36.6% from the three-point range in 68 games.

The Hawks are the tenth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 32-39 record in 71 games.

They have gone 5-5 over their last ten games but are also in the middle of a two-game winning streak.

On Wednesday evening, they will host the Portland Trail Blazers before another matchup (also at home) with the Celtics on Thursday.

As for the Celtics, they are still the best team in the NBA (and the first seed in the Eastern Conference) with a 57-15 record in 72 games.

However, the loss snapped a nine-game winning streak.

They will spend the next two days in Atlanta before the following matchup on Thursday.

Last season, the Celtics beat the Hawks in the first round of the NBA playoffs.
