On Friday night, the Phoenix Suns defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder 124-115 (at home in Arizona).

Devin Booker played 36 minutes and had 25 points, six rebounds and eight assists.

The three-time NBA All-Star also made Suns history during the game, as he passed Hall of Famer Steve Nash for first place on the franchise's all-time three-pointers list.

Via ESPN Stats & Info: "With his first 3-pointer of the night, Devin Booker breaks a tie with Steve Nash for the most made 3-pointers in Suns history (1,052)."

Booker is in his eighth season in the NBA (all with the Suns) and is already one of the greatest players in the history of the organization.

In 2021, he helped lead the Suns to the NBA Finals, and last season they had the best record in the league during the regular season (64-18).

Right now, the former Kentucky star is averaging 26.5 points, 4.6 rebounds and 5.6 assists per contest in 34 games (while shooting 47.4% from the field and 35.1% from the three-point range).

With the victory over the Thunder, the Suns are now 33-28 in 61 games, which has them as the fourth seed in the Western Conference.

They are an impressive 21-10 in the 31 games they have hosted at home in Phoenix, Arizona.

Booker and the Suns will play their next game on Sunday afternoon when they visit Jrue Holiday and the Milwaukee Bucks in Wisconsin.

The Thunder fell to 28-31 in 59 games with the loss to the Suns.
