Giannis Antetokounmpo's Viral Instagram Post After Bucks-Nuggets Game

Giannis Antetokounmpo made a post to Instagram after Monday's game.

On Monday evening, the Milwaukee Bucks played the Denver Nuggets in Colorado. 

The matchup was extremely close, but the Bucks lost by a score of 113-107.    

All-Star forward Giannis Antetokounmpo had a good game (despite the loss), and put up 29 points, 12 rebounds, four assists, one steal and one block while shooting 11/19 from the field and 1/1 from the three-point range in 37 minutes of playing time. 

After the game, the two-time MVP made a post to Instagram that had over 215,000 likes in less than 24 hours. 

Antetokounmpo captioned his post: "I’m excited for what the future holds 💪🏾💪🏾"

With the loss, the Bucks dropped to 32-15 in their first 47 games, which has them as the second seed in the Eastern Conference.  

They are 7-3 over their last ten games and 11-10 in the 21 games they have played away from Wisconsin.  

Doc Rivers made his debut as the head coach of the Bucks after the team fired Adrian Griffin earlier this month. 

Following Monday's loss, they will play their next game on Wednesday evening when they visit Deandre Ayton and the Portland Trail Blazers in Oregon.

As for the Nuggets, they improved to 33-15 in 48 games, which has them as the second seed in the Western Conference. 

They are 7-3 over their last ten games and are in the middle of a two-game winning streak. 

Following Monday's victory, the Nuggets will now face off against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday evening in Oklahoma.
