Dejounte Murray's Current Injury Status For Trail Blazers-Hawks Game

On Wednesday evening, the Atlanta Hawks will host the Portland Trail Blazers at State Farm Arena in Georgia.

For the game, the Hawks could be without one of their best players, as 2022 NBA All-Star Dejounte Murray is on the injury report.

Via Underdog NBA: "Dejounte Murray (back) questionable for Wednesday."

Murray is in his second season with Atlanta and is currently averaging 22.3 points, 5.3 rebounds, 6.2 assists and 1.5 steals per contest while shooting 46.3% from the field and 36.6% from the three-point range in 68 games.

The Hawks enter the evening as the tenth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 32-39 record in 71 games.

They have gone 5-5 over their last ten games but are also in the middle of a two-game winning streak.

Most recently, the Hawks defeated the Boston Celtics (at home) by a score of 120-118.

Murray finished his night with 19 points, five rebounds, 15 assists and three steals while shooting 8/22 from the field and 2/9 from the three-point range in 41 mintues of playing time.

Following the Trail Blazers, the Hawks will host the Celtics (again) on Thursday evening at State Farm Arena.

As for the Trail Blazers, they are the 14th seed in the Western Conference with a 19-53 record in 72 games.

They have gone 2-8 over their last ten games and are also in the middle of a seven-game losing streak.

Following the Hawks, the Trail Blazers will play their next game on Friday evening when they visit the Miami Heat.
