On Saturday evening, the Memphis Grizzlies are facing off against the Atlanta Hawks at State Farm Arena in Georgia.

Ja Morant is playing in his third game of the season and has been excellent since rejoining the starting lineup.

During the second half, the All-Star point guard had a big dunk that went viral on social media

Morant caught a lob from Santi Aldama and finished off the alley-oop.

Morant has averaged 27.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, 8.0 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 47.5% from the field in his first two games.

He has been one of the most exciting players in the league since he was selected with the second pick in the 2019 NBA Draft out of Murray State.

The Grizzlies struggled in a big way without Morant in the lineup for the first 25 games of the season.

They are the 13th seed in the Western Conference with an 8-19 record in their first 27 games.

However, they are a perfect 2-0 with Morant, and there is still plenty of time left for them to solidify a playoff spot.

Following the Hawks, the Grizzlies will visit Zion Williamson and the New Orleans Pelicans on Tuesday evening.

The Grizzlies are coming off a season where they were the second seed in the Western Conference with a 51-31 record.

Morant averaged 26.2 points, 5.9 rebounds, 8.1 assists and 1.1 steals per contest while shooting 46.6% from the field and 30.7% from the three-point range in 61 games.
