UPDATE: Jamal Murray has been ruled out.

On Sunday afternoon, the Denver Nuggets will host the Cleveland Cavaliers in Colorado.

For the game, the Nuggets could remain without one of their best players, as starting point guard Jamal Murray is on the injury report.

The 2023 NBA Champion has missed each of the previous four games, so this would be his fifth straight out of the lineup (if he doesn't play).

Via Underdog NBA: "Jamal Murray (knee) listed questionable for Sunday."

Murray is in the middle of another extremely productive season with averages of 20.9 points, 4.1 rebounds, 6.7 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 47.5% from the field and 41.9% from the three-point range in 54 games.

The Nuggets enter the day as the third seed in the Western Conference with a 51-23 record in 74 games.

They have gone 7-3 over their last ten games but are also in the middle of a two-game losing streak.

Most recently, the Nuggets lost to the Minnesota Timberwolves (at home) by a score of 111-98.

Following the Cavs, they will play their next game on Tuesday evening when they host the San Antonio Spurs.

Following the Nuggets, the Cavs will play their next game on Tuesday evening when they visit the Utah Jazz.
