UPDATE: Jamal Murray has been ruled out (h/t Mark Medina).

On Thursday evening, the Denver Nuggets will face off against James Harden and the Los Angeles Clippers in California.

For the game, the Nuggets could remain without one of their best players, as NBA Champion point guard Jamal Murray is on the injury report.

The former Kentucky star has missed each of the previous six games, so this would be his seventh straight out of the lineup (if he doesn't play).

Via Underdog NBA: "Jamal Murray (knee) listed questionable for Thursday."

Murray has had another productive season with averages of 20.9 points, 4.1 rebounds, 6.7 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 47.5% from the field and 41.9% from the three-point range in 54 games.

The Nuggets are among the best teams in the league with a 53-23 record in 76 games, which has them as the second seed in the Western Conference.

They have gone 7-3 over their last ten games and are also in the middle of a two-game winning streak.

Following Los Angeles, the Nuggets will return home to host Clint Capela and the Atlanta Hawks on Saturday evening in Colorado.

As for the Clippers, they are the fourth seed in the Western Conference with a 47-28 record in 75 games.

They have gone 5-5 over their last ten games and most recently lost to the Sacramento Kings by a score of 109-95.

Following Denver, the Clippers will play their next game on Friday evening when they host the Utah Jazz in Los Angeles, California.
