Jaylen Brown's Bold Statement After Warriors-Celtics Game
On Sunday afternoon, the Boston Celtics hosted Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors in Massachusetts.
The Celtics dominated the entire matchup and won by an astonishing score of 140-88.
All-Star forward Jaylen Brown led the way with 29 points, three rebounds, three assists and one steal while shooting 11/19 from the field and 5/10 from the three-point range in only 22 minutes of playing time.
After the game, Brown met with the media, and the former Cal star made a bold statement (h/t Celtics on NBC Sports Boston).
Brown: "It's a lot of respect for the Golden State Warriors, but we feel like it's our time now."

Brown is in the middle of another very productive season with averages of 22.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.1 steals per contest while shooting 50.2% from the field and 35.2% from the three-point range in 55 games.

Following the Warriors, the Celtics will play their next game on Tuesday evening when they visit Darius Garland and the Cleveland Cavaliers.
