Jaylen Brown's Dunk On Grayson Allen Went Viral In Suns-Celtics Game
On Thursday evening, the Boston Celtics hosted Kevin Durant and the Phoenix Suns in Massachusetts.
The Celtics won by a score of 127-112, and All-Star forward Jaylen Brown led the way with 37 points, five rebounds, three assists and two steals while shooting 14/23 from the field and 5/9 from the three-point range in 33 minutes of playing time.
During the game, Brown had a huge highlight, which got a lot of views on social media.
The former Cal star picked off a pass and then threw down a big dunk over Grayson Allen.
Brown is now averaging 23.1 points, 5.6 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.1 steals per contest while shooting 50.2% from the field and 35.4% from the three-point range in 60 games.
With the victory, the Celtics improved to 52-14 in 66 games, which has them as the first seed in the Eastern Conference (and is the best record in the NBA).
Over the last ten games, they have gone 8-2, and they are also in the middle of a four-game winning streak.
At home, the Celtics are 30-3 in 33 games.
Following the Suns, they will play their next game on Sunday evening when they visit Jordan Poole and the Washington Wizards.
As for the Suns, they dropped to 38-28 in 66 games, which has them as the eighth seed in the Western Conference.
They have gone 5-5 over their last ten games and will now visit Brandon Miller and the Charlotte Hornets on Friday evening in North Carolina.
