Jayson Tatum's Dunk Is Going Viral In Celtics-Raptors Game
On Monday evening, the Boston Celtics are playing the Toronto Raptors in Canada.
During the game, All-Star forward Jayson Tatum had a big dunk that got a lot of views on social media.
Tatum caught a bounce pass and went straight up for a two-handed dunk (plus the foul).
Tatum came into the evening with averages of 27.4 points, 8.3 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 48.0% from the field and 37.7% from the three-point range.
The Celtics are the first seed in the Eastern Conference with a 30-9 record in their first 39 games.
They are 7-3 over their last ten games and most recently beat the Houston Rockets by a score of 145-113.
In 30 minutes of playing time, Tatum had 27 points, eight rebounds, five assists, one steal and one block while shooting 9/17 from the field and 4/7 from the three-point range.
Following the Raptors, the Celtics will return home to host the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday evening in Boston.
On the road, they are 11-9 in 20 games, while they are a perfect 19-0 at home.
As for the Raptors, they are the 12th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 15-24 record in their first 39 games.
They are 4-6 over their last ten games and are in the middle of a three-game losing streak.
Most recently, the Raptors lost to the Utah Jazz by a score of 145-113.
Following the Celtics, they will host the Miami Heat on Wednesday evening.
