On Friday evening, Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat defeated the Boston Celtics by a score of 111-105.

The Heat have won both Games 1 and 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals (on the road in Boston), so they have a commanding 2-0 lead in the series going back to Miami, Florida, for Games 3 and 4.

Butler finished Game 2 with 27 points, eight rebounds, six assists, three steals and two blocks in 41 minutes of playing time.

He has been arguably the best player in the league during the 2023 NBA Playoffs, with sensational averages of 31.1 points, 6.6 rebounds, 5.6 assists and 2.2 steals per contest while shooting 51.8% from the field through 12 games.

During Game 2, Butler had a heated moment with Celtics' forward Grant Williams that went viral on social media.

However, both players acknowledged their respect for one another in the postgame interviews

On Saturday afternoon, Butler made a post to Instagram with photos and clips from the game.

He made the first photo of his post the moment when he and Williams went head-to-head.

Butler captioned the post: "six"

The Heat are the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference, but they have one of the best rosters in the NBA and are in the Conference Finals for the third time in the previous four seasons.

In the first round, they beat Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks (who were the first seed) in just five games.

Following the Bucks, they eliminated the New York Knicks (who were the fifth seed) in six games.

The winner of the Celtics-Heat series will advance to the 2023 NBA Finals and face off against either the Los Angeles Lakers or the Denver Nuggets.
