Klay Thompson's Viral Quote After Warriors-Kings Game 2

Klay Thompson met with the media after the Golden State Warriors lost Game 2 to the Sacramento Kings.

On Monday evening, the Golden State Warriors lost Game 2 of their first-round playoff series to the Sacramento Kings.      

During the game, Draymond Green got ejected for a flagrant 2 foul on Domantas Sabonis.

After the game, five-time All-Star Klay Thompson met with the media and was asked about the incident. 

Thompson: "What are you going to do when someone grabs your foot when you're running full speed? Fully grabs your foot and yanks on you. That's not cool, man. I'm not saying what Draymond did was right, but you can't just grab somebodies foot when they're taking off in a full sprint. That's not cool. I don't do that. That's crazy."

Thompson finished the game with 21 points, five rebounds, three assists and one steal in 38 minutes of playing time. 

The Warriors lost 114-106, so they are now in an 0-2 hole, but the next two games will be played on their home floor at the Chase Center in San Francisco. 

They have been dreadful on the road this season, going just 11-30 in 41 regular season games (and losing Games 1 and 2). 

That said, the Warriors are 33-8 in the 41 games they have played at home. 

They are the sixth seed in the Western Conference and finished with a 44-38 record, while the Kings went 48-34 and are the third seed. 

The Warriors have won the NBA Championship in four out of the previous eight seasons, while the Kings are in the playoffs for the first time since 2006. 

Game 3 will be played on Thursday night.
