Kyle Kuzma's Current Injury Status For Heat-Wizards Game

UPDATE: Kyle Kuzma has been ruled out.

On Sunday evening, the Washington Wizards will host the Miami Heat in Washington, D.C.

For the game, the Wizards could be without one of their best players, as 2020 NBA Champion Kyle Kuzma is on the injury report.

Via Underdog NBA: "Kyle Kuzma (heel) listed questionable for Sunday."

Kuzma is averaging 22.3 points, 6.6 rebounds and 4.2 assists per contest while shooting 46.3% from the field and 33.5% from the three-point range in 69 games.

The Wizards are the 14th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 14-60 record in 74 games.

They have gone 3-7 over their last ten games and are in the middle of a two-game losing streak.

Most recently, the Wizards lost to the Detroit Pistons by a score of 96-87 (at home).

Kuzma had 12 points, eight rebounds, three assists and one block while shooting 5/22 from the field and 0/6 from the three-point range in 37 minutes of playing time.

Following Miami, the Wizards will play their next game on Tuesday evening when they host Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks.

As for the Heat, they are the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference with a 40-33 record in 73 games.

They have gone 5-5 over their last ten games and most recently defeated the Portland Trail Blazers by a score of 142-82.

Thomas Bryant led the way with 26 points and 12 rebounds.

Following the Wizards, the Heat will play their next game on Tuesday evening when they host the New York Knicks.
