Last Season Was No Fluke? Julius Randle Is Once Again Looking Like An All-Star For The New York Knicks
The New York Knicks stunned the NBA world last season.
After missing the playoffs from 2014-20, they had an outstanding season that landed them as the fourth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 41-31 record and home-court advantage in the playoffs.
While they lost to the Atlanta Hawks in five games, their season was still a huge success.
After not making the playoffs for seven seasons, they are now a team that is clearly on the rise.
Julius Randle made the All-Star game and head coach Tom Thibodeau won Coach of The Year.
To start the new season, Randle is once again off to a fast start.
Last season, appears to be no fluke.
Through the first three games of the new season, Randle is seventh in the entire NBA averaging 28.7 points per game.
He's also averaging 11.3 rebounds, 6.3 assists, 1.3 steals and 2.3 blocks per game.
Sure, it's only been two games, but these numbers are sensational and the Knicks are also 2-1.
Randle could once again be an All-Star and the Knicks might be headed to the playoffs for the second season in a row.
