LeBron James' Dunk Is Going Viral In Lakers-Thunder Game
On Saturday evening, the Los Angeles Lakers are in Oklahoma City facing off against the Thunder.
During the first half, LeBron James had a huge dunk that is getting a lot of attention on social media.
James caught a pass from Cam Reddish and threw down the one-handed slam dunk.
James will turn 39 later this month but is still among the best dunkers (and players) in the NBA.
He came into the evening with averages of 25.2 points, 7.7 rebounds, 7.3 assists and 1.5 steals per contest while shooting 54.0% from the field and 39.2% from the three-point range in 26 games.
The 19-time NBA All-Star missed the team's 118-111 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves on Thursday evening but was able to return to the lineup against the Thunder.
The Lakers have struggled as of late and came into the evening with a 15-14 record in their first 29 games, which has them as the ninth seed in the Western Conference.
They are in the middle of a four-game losing streak and are 4-6 over their last ten games.
Saturday's game with the Thunder is the last of a three-game road trip.
Following the Thunder, the Lakers will play their next game on Monday when they host Jayson Tatum and the Boston Celtics in Los Angeles.
As for the Thunder, they are 18-8 in their first 26 games, which has them as the second seed in the Western Conference.
They are in the middle of a three-game winning streak and are 7-3 over their last ten games.
