LeBron James' Viral Instagram Story After Trail Blazers-Lakers Game

LeBron James made a post to his Instagram story after Sunday's game.

On Sunday evening, the Los Angeles Lakers beat the Portland Trail Blazers (at home) by a score of 134-110.

During the game, rookie Scoot Henderson scratched LeBron James (inadvertently).

Several cuts could be seen on James' arm (h/t House of Highlights).

However, there was no foul called on the play.

After the game, James made a post to his Instagram story (with a photo of his scratched arm) that went viral on social media (h/t Hoop Central).

Despite the cuts, James finished the night with 28 points, five rebounds and five assists while shooting 8/16 from the field and 3/8 from the three-point range in 31 minutes of playing time.

With the victory, the Lakers improved to 22-22 in their first 44 games, which has them as the ninth seed in the Western Conference.

They are 5-5 over their last ten games and are 16-8 in the 24 games they have hosted in Los Angeles.

Following the victory over Portland, the Lakers will now face off against Kawhi Leonard and the Los Angeles Clippers (as the road team) on Tuesday evening.

James is in his 21st season in the NBA (his sixth with Los Angeles) and still remains among the ten best players in the league at 39 years old.

He will likely make his 20th straight All-Star Game next month.

In addition to the Lakers, the four-time NBA Champion has also spent time with the Cleveland Cavaliers (twice) and Miami Heat.

His current averages are 24.8 points, 7.2 rebounds, 7.4 assists and 1.3 steals per contest.
