Luka Doncic's Current Injury Status For Mavs-Kings Game

On Friday evening, the Dallas Mavericks will be in California to face off against the Sacramento Kings.

For the game, the Mavs could be without their best player, as All-Star forward Luka Doncic is on the injury report.

Via Jason Anderson of The Sacramento Bee on Thursday: "The Dallas Mavericks are listing Luka Doncic (Achilles) and Maxi Kleber (knee) as questionable for Friday’s games against the Sacramento Kings. Josh Green (ankle) is out."

Doncic has been in the middle of another incredible season with averages of 33.9 points, 9.1 rebounds, 9.8 assists and 1.5 steals per contest while shooting 48.7% from the field and 37.4% from the three-point range in 63 games.

The Mavs enter the evening as the sixth seed in the Western Conference with a 43-29 record in 72 games.

They have gone 9-1 over their last ten games and are also in the middle of a five-game winning streak.

Most recently, the Mavs beat the Kings (also in Sacramento) by a score of 132-96.

Doncic had 28 points, 11 rebounds, six assists and two steals while shooting 10/18 from the field and 4/8 from the three-point range in 32 mintues of playing time.

Following Sacramento, the Mavs will play their next game on Sunday evening when they visit the Houston Rockets.

As for the Kings, they are the eighth seed in the Western Conference with a 42-30 record in 72 games.

They have gone 6-4 over their last ten games.
