2 NBA Teams Reportedly "Expected To Talk With" Bradley Beal

According to Chris Haynes of Bleacher Report and the NBA on TNT, Bradley Beal is "expected to talk with" the Miami Heat and Milwaukee Bucks.

Bradley Beal has been one of the best shooting guards in the NBA for several years now, but the Washington Wizards have been unable to build a contender.   

This past season, the franchise missed the NBA Playoffs for the second consecutive season, and they have yet to win a Playoff series since 2017. 

Recently, rumors of a potential trade have started to pick up steam, and the latest report comes from Chris Haynes of Bleacher Report and the NBA on TNT.

Via Haynes' tweet: "Washington Wizards have granted Bradley Beal and his representatives permission to speak with teams the star has interest in being traded to, league sources tell @NBAonTNT@BleacherReport."

In addition, he named the Miami Heat and Milwaukee Bucks as two teams "expected to talk with Beal."

Via Haynes article on Bleacher Report: "He owns a rare no-trade clause, giving him authority to veto and approve potential trades, sources say. The Miami Heat and Milwaukee Bucks are expected to talk with Beal and his agent, Mark Bartelstein, sources say."

Beal is coming off a season where he averaged 23.2 points, 3.9 rebounds and 5.4 assists per contest while shooting 50.6% from the field and 36.5% from the three-point range.   

The former Florida star was the third pick in the 2012 NBA Draft and has spent his entire career with the Wizards. 

He is 29 years old, and next year will be his 12th season in the league. . 

As for the Heat, they have made the NBA Finals in two out of the previous four seasons, while the Bucks won the 2021 NBA Championship.
