The race in the Western Conference playoff picture is as close as it has ever been in NBA history! Here are the current standings, as well as who has clinched a playoff spot and who will be playing in this year’s Play-In Tournament!

With just over a week left in the 2022-23 NBA regular season, the Western Conference playoff picture remains a massive puzzle!

The San Antonio Spurs, Houston Rockets and Portland Trail Blazers have been eliminated from playoff contention, as the 12 other teams remain in the mix for the playoffs. So much can happen between now and the end of the season, as the Western Conference standings are changing daily.

Here is a look at the updated standings in the West, as well as each team’s remaining schedule and who has clinched their playoff spot:

      • Winner of 7/8-seed game gets the 7-seed in the Western Conference Playoffs. Loser players winner of 9/10-seed game for the rights to the 8-seed in Western Conference Playoffs.
  • The Denver Nuggets have clinched the Northwest Division in the Western Conference.
  • The Memphis Grizzlies have clinched the Southwest Division in the Western Conference.
  • The Sacramento Kings have clinched the Pacific Division in the Western Conference.

  • Winner of LAL/MIN claims 7-seed and plays (2) Memphis Grizzlies in the first-round of the playoffs.
  • Winner of NOP/OKC plays loser of LAL/MIN. Winner claims 8-seed and plays (1) Denver Nuggets in the first-round of the playoffs.
