Pascal Siakam's Official Status For Pacers-Kings Game

Pascal Siakam has been ruled out for Thursday's game.

On Thursday evening, the Indiana Pacers will face off against De'Aaron Fox and the Sacramento Kings in California.

The Pacers recently acquired All-Star Pascal Siakam in a trade with the Toronto Raptors (on Wednesday).

However, the 2019 NBA Champion will not make his debut for the Pacers against the Kings as he has been officially ruled out.

Siakam will be a major addition to the Pacers whenever he makes his debut.

The 29-year-old is averaging 22.2 points, 6.3 rebounds and 4.9 assists per contest while shooting 52.2% from the field and 31.7% from the three-point range in 39 games.

He was the 27th pick in the 2016 NBA Draft and is in his eighth season in the league.

As for the Pacers, they are the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference with a 23-17 record in their first 40 games.

They are in the middle of a two-game losing streak and are 7-3 over their last ten games.

Following the Kings, the Pacers will travel to Oregon to face off against the Portland Trail Blazers on Friday evening.

On the road, they are 10-9 in the 19 games they have played away from Indiana.

Meanwhile, the Kings are the sixth seed in the Western Conference with a 23-17 record in their first 40 games.

They are in the middle of a three-game losing streak and are 5-5 over their last ten games.

Following the Pacers, the Kings will host Dejounte Murray and the Atlanta Hawks on Monday evening in Sacramento.
