On Friday evening, the Golden State Warriors hosted the Sacramento Kings for Game 6 of their first-round playoff series at the Chase Center in San Francisco, California.

During the game, Steph Curry made NBA history by moving up on the all-time playoff scoring list

The two-time MVP came into the night with 3,727 career playoff points, which ranked 15th on the list.

Curry finished the game with 29 points, so he has now moved ahead of Hall of Famer Hakeem Olajuwon (3,755) for 14th.

The next player for Curry to pass will be John Havlicek (3,776).

Via The Warriors: "Stephen Curry has passed Hakeem Olajuwon for 14th most points in playoff history."

In addition to his 29 points, the nine-time NBA All-Star had four rebounds, five assists, two steals and one block in 36 minutes of playing time.

That said, the Kings won by a score of 118-99, so there will be a Game 7 back in Sacramento on Sunday.

The Warriors blew an opportunity to close out the series on their home floor and will now have to win an elimination game on the road.

While they won Game 5 in Sacramento, the Warriors are just 12-32 in the 44 games they have played away from the Chase Center this season.

Despite their road struggles, the franchise has won the NBA Championship in four out of the previous eight seasons, and they are much more experienced than the Kings (who are in the playoffs for the first time since the 2006 season).

The winner of the series will face off with either the Los Angeles Lakers or Memphis Grizzlies.
