In this story:

When Kevin Durant is on your team, you have a pretty good chance of winning any game and that has been the case so far for the Phoenix Suns

Due to injuries, Durant has only played in seven games for the Suns, but the Suns have gone 7-0 with the two-time Finals MVP on the floor.

As the NBA regular season comes to the a close, the Suns are preparing for the postseason and what they hope will be a long journey to the NBA Finals.

With Durant on the court, the Suns truly are a puzzle to try and figure out for multiple reasons.

Just his presence alone does wonders for his team's offense simply because Kevin Durant is one of the best scorers of his generation and in league history.

Durant is averaging 25.6 point per game since joining the Suns and perhaps the most impressive numbers are his shooting splits, as Durant is shooting 58.2 percent from the floor and 51.6 percent from three-point range.

Assuming he remains healthy and on the floor while shooting like this, almost no team in the NBA will have an answer on how to stop Kevin Durant.

Losing Mikal Bridges and Cameron Johnson definitely hurt the Suns' overall production and depth, but Durant's scoring has definitely filled this hole on the offensive-end of the floor and most importantly, Phoenix still has Chris Paul, Devin Booker and Deandre Ayton.

In seven games alongside Kevin Durant, Devin Booker has averaged 30.4 points, 6.7 assists and 4.7 rebounds while shooting 51.4 percent from the floor. Already one of the most dangerous isolation scorers in the league and ranking inside the Top-10 in the league in scoring, Booker is now an even bigger scoring threat when he does not even have the ball in his hands given Durant's playmaking abilities!

As for Chris Paul, his overall numbers have declined since Durant's arrival, but he has shot better from the floor and less pressure is on him to run Phoenix's offense.

The way the Suns have their roster constructed around Kevin Durant is why things have been so successful with him on the floor and entering the playoffs, nobody is going to want to run into the Phoenix Suns.

This is a team that can score from anywhere on the floor with multiple different players, but when they need a basket, they have two All-NBA scorers to turn to in Kevin Durant and Devin Booker.

It is not a coincidence that the Suns are 7-0 when Durant plays and heading into their final three games, Phoenix may not lose another game during the regular season!
