On Wednesday evening, the Los Angeles Clippers will host the Phoneix Suns in California.

For the game, they could be without one of their best players, as 2017 MVP Russell Westbrook is on the injury report.

Westbrook has been a productive role player with averages of 11.2 points, 5.1 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 1.1 steals per contest while shooting 45.4% from the field and 27.3% from the three-point range in 67 games.

The Clippers are the fourth seed in the Western Conference with a 51-28 record in 79 games.

They have gone 7-3 over their last ten games and are also in the middle of a four-game winning streak.

Most recently, the Clippers beat the Suns (in Arizona) by a score of 105-92.

Westbrook finished with 16 points, 15 rebounds, 15 assists and two steals while shooting 7/17 from the field and 2/4 from the three-point range in 40 minutes of playing time.

Following the Suns, the Clippers will play their next game on Friday evening when they host the Utah Jazz in Los Angeles.

As for the Suns, they are the seventh seed in the Western Conference with a 46-33 record in 79 games.

They have gone 6-4 over their last ten games and are also in the middle of a two-game winning streak.

Following Los Angeles, the Suns will play their next game on Friday evening when they travel to Sacramento for a matchup with the De'Aaron Fox and the Kings.
