Jeremy Lamb most recently played in the NBA during the 2021-22 season when he was a member of the Indiana Pacers and Sacramento Kings.

That year, Lamb averaged 7.3 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.4 assists per contest while shooting 38.3% from the field and 32.4% from the three-point range in 56 games.

This summer, he was a free agent and signed a deal with the Kings.

However, Lamb has now been waived (according to the NBA's official transaction page).

The Kings played their first preseason game on Sunday when they lost 112-99 to the Toronto Raptors in Canada.

Lamb played seven minutes and had six points and one assist.

Lamb was initially the 12th pick in the 2012 NBA Draft out of UConn.

In addition to the Kings and Pacers, he has also played for the Oklahoma City Thunder and Charlotte Hornets.

Over ten years in the NBA, Lamb has career averages of 10.1 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.6 assists per contest while shooting 43.9% from the field and 34.2% from the three-point range in 573 regular season games (he has also appeared in 14 NBA playoff games).

As for the Kings, they will play their next preseason game on Wednesday night when they face off against the Los Angeles Lakers (on the road).

They will play their first regular season game on October 25 when they visit the Utah Jazz in Salt Lake City.

Last year, the Kings were the third seed in the Western Conference, and lost to the Golden State Warriors in the fist round of the NBA playoffs.
