On Friday evening, the Oklahoma City Thunder will be in Indiana to face off against the Pacers.

For the game, the Thunder will remain without their best player, as All-Star guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has been ruled out.

The former Kentucky star has missed each of the previous two games, so this will be his third straight out of the starting lineup.

Gilgeous-Alexander has had an incredible season with averages of 30.3 points, 5.5 rebounds, 6.3 assists and 2.1 steals per contest while shooting 53.9% from the field and 36.5% from the three-point range in 71 games.

The Thunder are the third seed in the Western Conference with a 52-24 record in 76 games.

They have gone 6-4 over their last ten games and are also in the middle of a two-game winning streak.

Most recently, the Thunder lost to the Boston Celtics by a score of 135-100 (in Boston).

Following the Pacers, they will play their next game on Sunday evening when they visit the Charlotte Hornets in North Carolina.

As for the Pacers, they are the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 43-34 record in 77 games.

They have gone 6-4 over their last ten games and most recently lost to the Brooklyn Nets by a score of 115-111 (in New York).

Following their showdown with the Thunder, the Pacers will play their next game on Sunday evening when they host Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat.
